Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan never requires a card. Pro trials also start without a card — you only pay if you decide to keep it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What counts as a "job request"?
Any time you contact a subcontractor through Trade Connect — via their profile or the job board — that's one request.
How are subcontractors verified?
We manually verify license numbers and insurance certificates for all Pro subs. Free subs show a "self-reported" badge until verified.
Do you take a cut of jobs?
No. Trade Connect charges a flat monthly fee. We never take a percentage of your project value.
